How Vynix uses data
No jargon. Here is exactly what we collect, what we never touch, why we need it, and who owns it.

Data we collect
Only what is needed to make your annotations useful.
Account data
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your workspace membership
Project data
- Project name
- The domains you add to a project
Annotation data
- Titles and descriptions you write
- Screenshots you choose to attach
- Element selectors and DOM context
- Page URL and title for the note
Data we do not collect
Vynix is built so this data never reaches us.
- Passwords
- Cookies
- Authentication tokens
- API keys
- localStorage contents
- sessionStorage contents
- Saved browser credentials
Why we collect data
Data is collected only to power the product, never to sell or to train models on your content.
- Create and organise your annotations
- Let your team collaborate on feedback
- Generate prompts and exports for AI coding agents
- Power integrations like GitHub issues
Data ownership
You own your data. Your annotations, screenshots, comments and project data belong to you or your organisation, not to Vynix. You can export or delete them at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing privacy@vynix.in.
Stop describing bugs. Point at them.
Add one script tag and give your AI agent the context it has been missing. Free while we grow.
